Terms & Conditions

Upon enrollment, the participant agrees to respect the following:

1. Take responsibility for the wellbeing of his/her instrument; neither the directors nor guest teachers of RUMBOS Voice Studio is responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur in the work.

Voice work can be challenging–physically, emotionally, and mentally.  It requires courage, discipline, a disposition to take risks, and a willingness to face one’s shadow sides.  To maintain one’s commitment to the work, we recommend cultivating a personal practice with a space for self-reflection, and on some occasions, complimentary work under the guidance of a therapist.  The participant understands that the quality of the work depends on the energy and support of each person, and agrees to maintain an open and clear dialogue with the directors regarding the development of his/her process.

2. The duration of the courses will be two consecutive months beginning on January 3rd, 2020.  The participant will have lifetime access to the course material.

3. If a session is canceled for reasons beyond our control, the directors promise to make up the session, if necessary.  If for some reason the directors decide to end the contract, the directors will refund the participant’s payment.

4. Enrollment comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.  If the participant is not satisfied with the quality of the material within the first week, the directors will give the participant a full refund.  If the participant decides to withdraw from the course after the first week, or for any other reason other than dissatisfaction in the quality of the material within the first week, the directors reserve the right not to refund the payment.

5. Any additional terms not included in this contract will be agreed upon and communicated by email.
